The Fayette County Sheriff was called out to investigate a one-vehicle accident, caused by slick driving conditions.

At about 6:30pm Tuesday (Jan. 29), deputies responded to the report of a vehicle in a ditch near the intersection of 210th Street and Highway 150, just south of West Union.

Officers determined that 56 year old Kimori Goldsberry of Elkader, lost traction with her 2001 Ford Ranger, and slid into the ditch.

No one was injured, and the pickup had minor damage.

West Union Police assisted the Fayette County Sheriff's Office.
