Sheriff Investigating Rollover Near Quasky

Buchanan County authorities are investigating a one-vehicle accident last week that put a Quasqueton resident in the hospital.

The accident occurred shortly after 7am Wednesday (Feb. 6) on Racine Avenue, north of Quasqueton.

According to the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office, Gale Parsons was driving north when the 2001 Chevrolet Blazer went out of control. The vehicle went into a ditch, where it rolled onto it's side.

Parsons was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

The sheriff's office notes that no charges have been filed at this time.
