Postville Teenager the Victim of a Fatal Accident

We now know the name of the person who died in a one-vehicle accident in Allamakee County.

It happened shortly after 10pm Tuesday (May 15), on Yellow River Drive, northeast of Postville.

A vehicle driven by 16 year old Lennon Schara of Postville left the road and collided with a tree. Schara died from his injuries.

The accident was investigated by the Allamakee County Sheriff, with assistance from the Postville Police Department, Postville Fire Department, Postville Ambulance, Gunderson Air Ambulance, and Veterans Memorial Ambulance.
