Postville Man Arrested in Weekend Stabbing Incident

A Postville man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing another peron in a confrontation over the weekend.

The incident happened early Sunday; 28 year old Justin Yoerger is accused of entering a home on West Tilden Street without permission from the homeowner, then refused to leave.

The occupant, who was not identified, physically tried to force Yoerger out of the home.

During the struggle, Yoerger allegedly stabbed the other person.

The homeowner was taken to a hospital for treatment; a condition report was not available.

Yoerger was arrested and charged with first degree burglary.
