Police Arrest Oelwein Man After Traffic Stop

Oelwein Police have arrested a local man following an early morning traffic stop.

Shortly after 4:30am Monday (Oct. 1), officers pulled over a car in the 10 block of 3rd Avenue NE.

Following the investigation, the driver, 64 year old Frank Boleyn of Oelwein, was taken into custody for Driving While his License is Revoked, and Failure to File SR22 Insurance.

Both charges are serious misdemeanors.
