Oelwein Police have arrested three people on outstanding Fayette County warrants.

On Tuesday, Oelwein police were in the 200 block of 2nd Street SE, when they arrested 20 year old Krista Ellis of Oelwein on a warrant for the original charges of burglary 3rd degree and criminal mischief 3rd degree. 19 year old Austin Bellmer of Oelwein was taken into custody on a warrant for burglary third degree and criminal mischief 3rd degree; and 18 year old Kyle Blumberg of Oelwein was arrested on a warrant for possession of stolen property.

Also on Tuesday, authorities checked a residence in the ten block of 2nd Street NW for a wanted subject. At about 5:30pm, 31 year old Luis Pineda of Oelwein was arrested on a Fayette County warrant for willful serious injury.

Tuesday afternoon, Oelwein police were called to a disturbance at a home in the 200 block of 3rd avenue SE. 27 year old Jammie Aldrich of Oelwein was arrested for assault with a weapon.

Aldrich was also arrested late Monday night in the 200 block of 1st Street SE, on a charge of disorderly conduct.
