Oelwein Man Arrested on Fayette County Warrant

A local man has been arrested early this (Thursday, Nov. 30) morning on an outstanding warrant.

Just before 1am, Oelwein Police took 34 year old Luis Pineda of Oelwein into custody on a Fayette County warrant for a Probation Violation. The original charge was Driving While Barred.

The arrest was made after an officer's interaction with Pineda at the Oelwein Police Department.
