A memorial service for a former Decorah-area woman, 89 year old Alma Anderson of Whitewater, Wisconsin, will be Saturday at 1pm at Good Shepherd Lutheran church in Decorah. Inurnment in Phelps cemetery. Visitation is 11:30am to service time Saturday at the church. Fjelstul funeral home is serving the family.

Services for a New Hartford man, 99 year old Orville Harberts, are Thursday at 10:30am at United Methodist church in New Hartford. Burial in Oak Hill cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Wednesday at the church. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly is assisting the family.

Services for a Cresco man, 64 year old Richard Engelhart, are Friday at 11am at United Methodist church in Lime Springs. Burial at a later date. Friends may call 4-7pm Thursday at Lindstrom funeral home in Cresco, and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Manchester man, 90 year old Charles "Chuck" Simmons, are Tuesday (today) at 1pm at Leonard Muller funeral home in Manchester, with military honors. Burial in Oakland cemetery. Visitation is 11am to 1pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Services for a Waukon man, 86 year old Bob Heffern, are Thurday at 10:30am at St. Patrick Catholic church in Waukon. Burial in St. Joseph's Paint Rock cemetery in Harpers Ferry with military honors. Friends may call 3-8pm Wednesday at Martin funeral home in Waukon, with a 2:45pm scripture service.

Services for a Lansing woman, 88 year old Joyce Brennan, are Thursday at 11am at Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Lansing. Burial in Gethsemane cemetery. Visitation is 4-8pm Wednesday at Thornburg Grau funeral home in Lansing, with a 3:30pm rosary and 4pm scripture service; and an hour before services at the church.

A Marquette woman, 66 year old Linda Klein-Blunk, died Saturday. No services are scheduled at this time; burial will be at a later date. Tuecke Allyn funeral home in Guttenberg is handling arrangements.

An Oelwein woman, 87 year old Doris West, formerly of Randalia and Mission, Texas, died Sunday. Services are pending at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Maynard.
