Nov. 9 funeral announcements

Celebration of Life services for an Osage man, 92 year old William "Bill" Newhouse, are Saturday at 11am at Champion Bucheit funeral home in Osage. Inurnment at a later date in Osage cemetery with full military honors. Friends may greet the family following the service.

Services for a Lime Springs man, 96 year old Allen Tesmer, are Monday at 11am at Lime Springs United Methodist church. Visitation is 3-6pm Sunday at the church, and an hour before services. Hindt Hudek funeral home in Cresco is assisting the family.

Memorial services for a Guttenberg man, 67 year old Wayne Lau, are Saturday at 10am at St. Mary's Cathlic church in Guttenberg. Burial in Guttenberg city cemetery. Friends may call 2-7pm Friday at Tuecke Allyn funeral home in Guttenberg.

Services for a Wadena woman, 72 year old Donna Sue Flick, formerly of Sioux City, are Tuesday at 1pm at Lima Church in rural Wadena. Leonard Grau funeral home in Elgin is helping the family.

Services for a former Clarksville woman, 94 year old Fern Fernau of Indianola, are Friday at 2pm at First United Church of Christ-Pleasant Valley in rural Clarksville. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly and an hour before services at the church.

A former Elkader man died Wednesday; graveside services for 84 year old Raymond Cousins of Marshalltown are Wednesday at 1pm at East Side cemetery in Elkader, with military honors. Leonard Grau funeral home in Elkader is assisting the family.
