May 21 funeral announcements

Services for a Maynard man, 90 year old Dale Schrader, are Tuesday at 10:30am at St. Paul Lutheran church in Maynard. Burial in Long Grove cemetery. Visitation is 4-6pm Monday at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Maynard and an hour before services at the church.

A Celebration of Life for a West Union man, 47 year old Christopher Jones, will be Saturday at 10:30am at Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Sumner. Visitation is 4-8pm Friday at the church, with a 4pm rosary. S.K. Rogers funeral home in Sumner is in charge of arrangements.

A former Oelwein woman, 56 year old Christine Gerstenberger Fordyce, of Ryan, died Wednesday afternoon. Graveside memorial services will be held at a later date at St. Mary's Catholic cemetery in Hazleton.
