March 23 funeral announcements

A Decorah woman, 86 year old Helen Hendrickson, died Thursday; a Celebration of Life service will be held in the spring. Private family burial in Phelps cemetery in Decorah in April. Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah is serving the family.

Services for a Farmersburg teen, 18 year old Devin Tielbar, are Monday at 10am at St. John Lutheran church in Farmersburg. Burial in Farmersburg-Wagner cemetery. Visitation is Sunday, 1-6pm at Leonard Grau funeral home in Monona.

Services for an Elgin woman, 75 year old Marilyn Medberry, are Sunday at 4pm at Illyria Community church in rural Elgin. Private family burial will be at a later date. Visitation is 1-4pm Sunday at the church.

Services for a New Hampton woman, 90 year old Betty Tylee, are Tuesday at 10:30am at Holy Family Parish in New Hampton. Burial in Calvary cemetery. Friends may call 4-7pm Monday at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton and an hour before services at the church.

Graveside services for a New Hartford man, 69 year old Douglas "Toby" Truex, are Saturday, March 31st at 1:30pm at Oak Hill cemetery in New Hartford. A reception will follow, from 2-4pm at the New Hartford Community building. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial servics for a Waukon man, 77 year old Eugene Knox, are Tuesday at 11am at Zion United Church of Christ in Waukon. Burial in Oakland cemetery, with military graveside rites. Friends may call 4-8pm Monday at Martin funeral home in Waukon.
