Services for a Sumner woman, 82 year old Betty Duhrkopf, are Monday at 11am at Faith Evangelical church in Sumner. Visitation is 3-6pm Sunday at the church, and an hour before services. S.K. Rogers funeral home in Sumner is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial services for an Independence woman, 87 year old Helen Broshar, are Friday at 11am at First Presbyterian church in Independence. Burial in Mt. Hope cemetery. White funeral home in Independence is in charge of arrangements.

An Elkader woman died Wednesday; services for 88 year old Helen Storbeck are Saturday at 11am at Peace United church of Christ in Elkader. Burial in East Side cemetery. Visitation is from 9:30am until service time at the church. Leonard Grau funeral home is assisting the family.

A former Postville resident died Tuesday; services for 92 year old LaVon Barnes are pending at Schutte Grau funeral home in Postville.

Services for an Edgewood man, 86 year old Richard Hildebrand, are Friday at 10:30am at Hope Lutheran church in Littleport. Burial with military rites in union cemetery in rural Littleport. Visitation is 5-7pm Thursday at Leonard Muller funeral home in Edgewood and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Decorah woman, 74 year old Nancy Macal, are Saturday at 11am at Decorah Lutheran church. Burial in Freeport Cemetery. Visitation is 4-6pm Friday at Schluter Balik funeral home in Decorah and an hour before services at the church.
