A Waucoma woman died Tuesday; services for 94 year old Norma Adams are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in Waucoma.

Services for a New Hampton man, 79 year old Charles "Charlie" Pierce, are Friday at 6pm at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton, with military rites. Burial at 2pm Saturday at Russell cemetery in Russell, Iowa. Friends may call 4-6pm Friday at the funeral home.

Services for a former Waukon woman, 87 year old Loretta Snitker of Tomah, Wisconsin, are Friday at 11:30am at Salem United Church of Christ in rural Waukon. Burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30am until service time Friday at the church. Martin funeral home in Waukon is handling arrangements.

Services for a New Albin man, 90 year old Norbert Schulte, are Friday at 12pm at St. Joseph Catholic church in New Albin. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 10am to 12pm Friday at the church. Thornburg Grau funeral home in Lansing is helping the family.

Services for a former West Union woman, 99 year old Helen Grimes of Mabel, Minnesota, are Friday at 10am at St. Peter Lutheran church in Eldorado. Inurnment will be Wednesday, Sept. 5th, at 1pm at St. Peter Lutheran cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at Burnham-Wood-Grau funeral home in West Union, and an hour before services at the church.

A visitation for a former Cresco-area man, Kenneth Rink of Clinton, Ohio, will be Wednesday, Sept. 5th, from 4-7pm at Hindt Hudek funeral home in Cresco, and 9:30-10:30am Thursday (Sept. 6) at the funeral home, with a prayer service Thursday at 10:30am. Burial in Calvary cemetery in Cresco.
