Services for a former Waverly woman, 90 year old Wava Nolte of Shell Rock, are Saturday at 1:30pm at Heritage United Methodist church in Waverly. Burial in Warren Evangelical cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Friday at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Delhi woman, 73 year old Ann Marie Goldsmith, are Wednesday at 10:30am at St. John's Catholic church in Delhi. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Tuesday at the church, with a 7pm scripture service, and an hour before services at the church. Leonard Muller funeral home is handling arrangements.

A Celebration of Life for an Independence woman, 69 year old Betty Mae Reid-Kauffman, will be held Tuesday from 12 noon to 2pm at White funeral home in Independence. Burial in Otterville cemetery.

An Independence man, 87 year old Claude Smith Junior, died Thursday. A private service will be held at St. John's Catholic church in Independence. White funeral home in Independence is in charge of arrangements.

A Celebraion of Life services for a Waukon woman, 88 year old Virginia "Ginny" Halverson, will be Wednesday at 2pm at Bethlehem Presbyterian church in rural Postville. Visitation is an hour before services at the church. Inurnment in Oakland cemetery in Waukon.

Services for a Volga man, 83 year old John Briggs, are today, Monday at 10:30am at United Methodist church in Volga. Burial in Rose Hill cemetery in Mechanicsville. Visitation is 9-10:30am Monday at the church. Leonard Muller funeral home in Strawberry Point is assisting the family.
