Services for a Manchester man, 86 year old Calvin Hook, are Friday at 10:30am at United Methodist church in Manchester. Burial in Grant View cemetery in Greeley. Visitation is 4-8pm Thursday at Leonard Muller funeral home in Manchester and an hour before services at the church.

A Charles City woman died Tuesday; services for 78 year old Lois Winkelman are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home-Olson Chapel in Nashua.

Services for a Decorah resident, 107 year old Sylvester Carolan, are Friday at 10:30am at St. Benedict Catholic church in Decorah. Inurnment in St. Agnes Catholic cemetery at a later date. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah, with a 4pm rosary and 7pm vigil service, and an hour before services at the church.

Memorial Services for a rural Independence man, 67 year old Phillip Thyer, are Monday at 10:30am at White Funeral home in Independence. Burial in Wilson cemetery. Visitation is 1-5pm Sunday at the funearl home.

Services for a New Hartford man, 62 year old John Fobian, are Friday at 11am at New Hartford United Methodist church. Burial at a later date in Oakland cemetery in Janesville. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at the church. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly is assisting the family.

A Monona man, 78 year old Roger Martin, died Monday; a graveside committal service will be held Friday at 12:30pm at Monona Cemetery. Visitation is 2-7pm Friday at Leonard Grau funeral home in Monona.

Services for a Garnavillo woman, 87 year old Ruth Werges, are Saturday at 11am at St. Paul Lutheran church in Garnavillo; burial in Garnavillo Community cemetery. Friends may call 4-8pm Friday at Tuecke Allyn funeral home in Garnavillo and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Lamont woman, 91 year old Rosalind Brown, are Saturday at 11am at Grace United Methodist church in Lamont. Burial in Campton cemetery, east of Lamont. Visitation is 4-7pm Friday and an hour before services Saturday, at the church.
