Services for a Volga woman, 95 year old Jewell Chappell, are Tuesday at 11am at St. Paul Lutheran church in Volga. burial in St. Sebald Lutheran cemetery in rural Strawberry Point. Visitation is 4-6pm Monday at Leonard Grau funeral home in Elkader and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Waverly resident, 96 year old Leone Bergmann, are Wednesday at 10:30am at Good Shepherd Chapel-Bartels in Waverly. Burial in St. John's Lutheran cemetery, Western Douglas. Visitation is 4-7pm Tuesday at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly.

A Cedar Falls woman, 87 year old Loretta Robbins, formerly of Sun City Center, Florida and Troy, Michigan, died Thursday at Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community in Waverly. There will be no services. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly is assisting the family.

Services for a Waverly man, 89 year old Bernard Casebolt, are Tuesday at 11am at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly. Burial in Harlington cemetery with military graveside rites. Visitation is 4-7pm Monday at the funeral home, with a 7pm prayer service, and an hour before services.

Services for a New Albin man, 85 year old Edwin Weymiller, are Saturday at 11am at St. Peter's Community Christian church in New Albin. Burial in the church cemetery with military honors. Visitation is 4-8pm Friday at the New Albin Community Center, and an hour before services at the church. Thornburg Grau funeral home in Lansing is helping the family.

Services for a Fayette woman, 88 year old Darlene Ingersoll, are Saturday at 2pm at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Maynard. Burial in Grandview cemetery in Fayette. Visitation is 12:30-2pm Saturday at the funeral home.

Services for an Elkader woman, 85 year old Cora Koons, are Monday at 11am at Peace United Church of Christ in Elkader. Burial in East Side cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Sunday at Leonard Grau funeral home, and an hour before services at the church.

Memorial services for a former Castalia man, 82 year old Lloyd Thornton of Fulton, Texas, are Saturday, April 22nd at 11am at Zion Lutheran church in Castalia. Visitation is an hour before services at the church.
