The Oelwein Community School District now has a new superintendent.

The Oelwein School board met in special session Saturday morning, to make a selection between 4 finalists.

A contract was then offered to Josh Ehn, the current Oelwein High School principal. Ehn then accepted the position of Oelwein School superintendent, beginning July 1st.

Ehn will take over for Dan Diercks, who submitted his resignation late last year. Diercks' final day was set for June 30th.
