NE Iowa Woman Convicted of Sex Abuse of Teen Boy

OSAGE, Iowa (AP) — A 23-year-old Riceville woman has been convicted in a child sex abuse case.

Mindy Jo Fetters pleaded guilty Wednesday in Mitchell County District Court to child endangerment resulting in injury.

Authorities say the case stemmed from an April 2014 incident with a 15-year-old boy in Riceville.

Fetters is scheduled to be sentenced on June 9.
