Memorial Day Service Schedule in Oelwein

Memorial Day services have been set for the city of Oelwein.
The day begins with a memorial service at Oakdale cemetery, at 7:30am.

A sunrise service starts at 8am, lakeside at Oelwein city Park.

Memorial services at Floral Hills, south of Oelwein, will be held at 8:30am.

A Memorial day service will be held at Veterans Park, on the north side of Oelwein, at 9am.

Then the Community Memorial service at Woodlawn cemetery will commence at 10am Monday.

This year's special guest speaker is Sgt Zach Glew, a 2002 graduate of Oelwein Community Schools.

The public is invited to all of the services in Oelwein and surrounding communities.
