Intoxication Simulation Puts Woman in Jail

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Cresco woman, for simulating that she was intoxicated.

30 year old Lindsey Bigler was arrested Wednesday (Jan. 9) on Main Street in Spillville.

Bigler is being charged with Simulated Public Intoxication, Interference with Official Acts, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Bigler had been arrested in November during a traffic stop in Winneshiek County, for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
