Eastern Iowa authorities are asking for help in locating a missing girl.


According to the Hiawatha Police Department, 16 year old Katherine Hildenbrand was reporting missing by her mother, Brandy Johnson, on Tuesday (April 24).

Hildenbrand was last seen Tuesday, April 17th, at about 7:30am, at Kennedy High School in Hiawatha.

An Operation Quickfind Notification from the police department notes that Hildenbrand's mental condition includes anxiety and depression.

Hildenbrand is described as white, 5 feet tall, 115 lbs, blue eyes and blond hair.
She was wearing sweat pants and a sweat shirt, blue hightop shoes, and black reading glasses. She also has a nose piercing on the left side of her face.
