Fayette Warrant Arrest, Oelwein Traffic Citation

An Illinois man is in the Fayette County jail following his arrest on an outstanding warrant.

On Sunday (Sept. 10), 28 year old Larry Robertson of Chicago, was taken into custody on a Fayette County warrant for Contempt of Court.

Robertson was originally charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.

He is being held in the Fayette County jail on $500 cash bond.

And a local man has been cited on a driving violation.

Just before 10:30pm Monday (Sept. 11), Oelwein Police officers pulled over a vehicle in the 10 block of 2nd Street SE in Oelwein.

Following an investigation, the driver, 27 year old Skuyler Jamel Ellington of Oelwein, was given a citation for Driving While his License is Suspended.
