Elderly Man Dies in ATV Accident in Dubuque County

The Dubuque County Sheriff is investigating an ATV accident that resulted in the death of an 80 year old man.

The accident happened Monday afternoon (July 16), in the 6900 block of Highway 52 South, several miles south of Dubuque.

Responding deputies found an ATV off of the road, and also the man's body. No one else was injured.

The man's name is being withheld until relatives can be notified.
