The Upper Iowa Peacocks will look to get their second win of the season when they visit Concordia-St. Paul on Saturday (Oct. 15, 2016).

The Peacocks and Golden Bears are both 0-2 in the North Sun Conference (NSIC) South Division and one will climb from the bottom of the league standings. Concordia-St. Paul is seeking to snap a four-game losing streak, while Upper Iowa tries to rebound from back-to-back setbacks to Southwest Minnesota State and Winona State.

The game is a match-up of opposite strengths. The Peacocks feature a balanced offensive attack, while Concordia-St. Paul will likely lean on its defense to force turnovers and set up its offense in good field position.

Turnovers have been a major problem for Upper Iowa this season. Entering Saturday's game, the Peacocks have given the ball away 19 times through six games.

Kick-off is set for noon at Sea Foam Stadium in St. Paul, Minn. The AM-950 KOEL pre-game show begins at 11:30 a.m.

Upper Iowa football can be heard throughout the 2016 season on AM-950 KOEL with play-by-play announcer Joe Stasi, who's currently in his 14th season as the "Voice of the Peacocks" and 16th overall.
