Carrie Underwood is a week away from dropping her new album, Storyteller, but is allowing fans a preview of what's to come each Friday leading up to the album's release.

The country singer has just released the audio of one of the songs on the album called "Renegade Runaway." As the first track on the album, the song is an upbeat track about a girl that is best to keep your distance from. It was penned by Underwood, Chris DeStefano and Hillary Lindsey.

"Looks like an angel, so picturesque like she walked out of the Wild, Wild West / She's a devil in a satin dress," Underwood sings in "Renegade Runaway," warning a boy to stay away. "By the time you figure out that she gave you the runaround you won't know where she's a t/ She's a tumbleweed blowing in the wind come sundown."

Where Underwood warned a girl to stay away from an unfaithful boy in "Cowboy Casanova" back in 2009, this time she's convincing a young man to stay away from an outlaw who will take everything from him alongside banjo accompaniment and powerhouse vocals that she is well known and loved for.

"Renegade Runaway" follows the surprise unveiling of "Heartbeat" last week. The song also features Sam Hunt. "Smoke Break" is the first single released from the Storyteller album — Underwood's fifth studio release. It hits shelves on Oct. 23.
