From 2008 through 2018, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood had a blast co-hosting the CMA Awards. Their monologues, jokes and witty banter always kept the audience laughing, and in their 11 years as co-hosts, there were some pretty unforgettable moments.

Some of the best moments included an explanation of "motorboating," a song about "Obamacare," a joke at Hank Williams Jr.'s expense (but, don't worry -- he was in on it!) ... and, of course, the big baby gender reveal in 2014. Press play on the video above to re-live some of the most surprising, funniest and all-around best moments from Paisley and Underwood's tenure as CMA Awards co-hosts.

The 2019 CMA Awards will air live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 13. The show is scheduled to begin at 8PM ET on ABC, and while Underwood will return as the show's host, Paisley won't be with her. Instead, the Country Music Association announced on Monday (Aug. 19), Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton will be acting as guest co-hosts.

The Boot will be staying up late covering the most buzzed-about winners, fashion and moments at the 2019 CMA Awards. Readers can watch along with us by checking back to TheBoot.com for the latest CMAs headlines, liking The Boot on Facebook and following The Boot on Twitter.
