OTR - starting pay is .42 cpm loaded and empty
- Out 2 weeks, home 3 full days
- Drivers are averaging 2800-3000 miles weekly
- 90% Drop and hook
- Hauling freight for John Deere
- 48 states, mostly Midwest to Southeast TX, OK, KS, MO with some West Coast
- We offer monthly mileage bonus, 10,000=.01 cpm / 11,000=.02 cpm / 12,000=.03 cpm
Regional - starting pay is .40 cpm, with refer loads paying .48 cpm loaded and empty
- Home every week, we have miles for drivers wanting to stay out a little longer.
- Operating region is as far west as Omaha, Nebraska and as far east as Cleveland, Ohio
- Drivers are averaging 2400-2800 miles weekly
Bonus Program - we offer a generous bonus program for all of our drivers
- Veteran bonus of .05 cpm extra
- $2000 sign on bonus, $200 orientation pay, $1,250 referral bonus
