A “Most Wanted” Suspect is Now Jailed in Waterloo

One of Black Hawk County's most wanted criminals, charged with multiple counts of theft and fraud, has been taken into custody.

According to Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, 27 year old Erika Cousins has been arrested and is being held in the Black Hawk County jail.

Cousins had warrants for six counts of Credit Card Fraud, Theft-3rd Degree, and Failure to Appear in court to answer to a charge of Aggravated Theft.

Cousins had been on the "Most Wanted" list of the Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers.
