Fifth-ranked Wartburg (11-0 overall) will host No. 13 St. John's (MN) (10-1) Saturday, November 29, 2014 at noon in a NCAA Division III Sweet Sixteen matchup.

The Knights are coming off of a first round win against the University of St. Thomas (37-31). It was the program's seventh NCAA playoff win. The Orange and Black were the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) champions and received the automatic bid.

The Johnnies made easy work of their first round opponent beating St. Scholastica, 35-7.  The Johnnies won the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) to receive the automatic bid.

This will mark the fourth time that Wartburg and St. John's will meet on the grid iron. The Johnnies hold the series lead 3-0m but it has been two decades since the two teams have played each other.  Previous meetings: 1970 (38-0), 1971 (49-13) and 1994 (42-14). The last meeting was also in the NCAA Tournament.

The kick off is slated for noon at Walston-Hoover Stadium.
