(Radio Iowa)  One of the pedestrians who was struck by a car in Iowa City last week has died.

An online obituary states 49-year-old Peggy Knight died on Sunday at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

She and her husband, 59-year-old Anthony Knight, were crossing a road in the crosswalk on September 29 when they were stuck by a vehicle.   It happened at an intersection near Kinnick Stadium.

The Knights both worked at the UI Department of Radiology.  There's no word on the condition of Anthony Knight.

An Iowa State Patrol crash report indicated the driver of the car, 45-year-old Michelle Mleczewski of Cedar Rapids, might have been suffering a medical issue at the time of the crash.
